About Us

Hope and Light Pelvic Health offers a holistic approach to women’s health. It was founded by Jill Jennings, MSPT, PCES, in pursuit of her passion in providing compassionate, one-on-one care for the women in her community. Her own experience in health crisis and pelvic  pain and loss gives her a unique understanding of the patient’s journey. Faith also plays an important role in her desire to serve and care for others, as God has called her to this career and ministry of providing comfort and encouragement.

There is often a sense of shame or brokenness that accompanies pelvic floor disorders, an unfortunately these issues are often dismissed and overlooked by traditional healthcare. This perpetuates a sense of hopelessness, embarrassment and despair.  It is Jill’s desire to validate your concerns, listen to your story, address the root cause and provide long term relief. She believes that every woman should be educated and empowered to better understand their body and takes joy in empowering women to love and feel confident in their bodies! She takes a holistic approach and truly values your time and investment in your health.
